2. Type of Group

3. Group contact person name, address, cell, email

4. How many members in the Group, approximately?

5. How many acrylic frames do you want for 8 x 10 sale posters?

Collect money when you take orders.  Have checks made out to your group.

Then, your group pays us $10 each.

You can check out a credit card machine from us for a week for a refundable $30 deposit. Since the credit card money must be routed through our bank, we pay you $10 each when we settle up on these.

You can pay "Oklahoma Love Journey" with a credit card. Or a check.

Yes.  But shipping is free and the same day to you. Arrange a pick up time in advance.

Nope, we don't need them.

We sell to you for $10, you sell to Group members for $20.

You make $10 profit per CD.

Sell 100 - $1,000 for your Group.
